A beautiful new house, beautifully and stylish furnished. Complete privacy. Perfect terrace and pool. We were very satisfied with the accommodation, facilities and location. It is possible to walk to the beach or drive a short distance to half-empty natural beaches. The owners were very kind and accommodating. We had no problem during the entire stay.

Very nice and cozy place. Spacious room with immediate access to the patio with the pool. Very friendly and accommodating and attentive staff. We received complimentary drinks delivered to us by the pool. Poor very clean and well maintained. Not in the immediate center but within a walking distance in a quiet area, which was perfect for a relaxing time

Very chic hotel, located in a quiet area, close to the centre of this small town. There was free parking in front of the hotel (just needed to tell the receptionist that we have a car and they gave us a sign to put in our car so that we didn’t have to pay for the parking). We enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna a lot, the entire vibe of the hotel and the town actually.

A very special place! We were among the first guests and the team, though new, was very attentive and friendly. Our room in the new building was spacious with excellent beds and pillows. Breakfast was lovely, the restaurant good, and the seaside loungers were more than enough during our stay. Great potential and already a very comfortable, welcoming spot!

The location is terrific right next door to the Colosseum and the staff were awesome very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and tidy there was a concert at the Colosseum that night and we could hardly hear it.

    The property was well-maintained, clean, and equipped well. The house itself was spacious, with a small garden and a private pool, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. The host Alan was incredibly hospitable and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a serene and picturesque getaway in Istria.     We've spent a great week in Peroj. The apartment had everything we needed for 4 people, it was clean and comfortable. The hosts live downstairs which gives you full privacy but it's easy to get in touch and ask for anything if you need it. Some days we were driving around and sightseeing (Pula, Trieste), some days only walking along the beach to Fažana for coffee and lunch and the location is perfect for such activities.

    Beautiful apartment with everything that one needs. There are few shops, a pizzeria and a bakery close by. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Large shower cabin in the bathroom. The garden is nice, well mentained and it has a BBQ area. The beach in the village is a pretty standard Croatian beach and I recommend going by car. Rovije and Pula are close and worth visiting.

    We were on a short visit to Croatia... since we were out all day and only needed the room to shower and sleep, we were completely satisfied... The reception was nice and friendly... if you don't expect luxury and are only looking for something at a low price, this is the place for you...
