Where to start, this apartment was wonderful and very modern with nearly everything you could ask for inside. The hosts were exceptional. They met us on arrival and talked us through everything in the apartment and provided us with maps and information on the local area. The pool is small and shared with the other apartments but there are sun beds available to use with plenty of space as we were travelling as a family of 4. The local areas surrounding the apartment are easy to get to by car. We loved the apartment so much we would definitely return here.

This is a wonderful stop for just unwinding. You do not need to leave the grounds if you do not want to. Views from the rooms are incredible. You have basement parking and various restaurants to choose from. The private beach is just perfect and it is nice seeing a healthy ocean with lots of fish.

Very nice location with fantastic view from the room to the see. Big room, large balcony, cosy bed, clean rooms and restaurant. Easy access to the beach promenade. Very good kitchen. Stuff took in account our request for elderly people (easy access to the room etc.).

The service is extremely professional. Hotel is amazing, full of history with interesting stories. Room with sea view is definitely the best choice and provided to us unforgivable moments. Breakfast is extraordinary, or better to say the best i ever had, served on the large terrace just in front of the sea side.

When travelling and staying at hotels, a lot of things can get much better if you don't hesitate to ask for improvements. The staff were super kind and all our wishes were fulfilled. We booked a room with a private sauna and this was the best decision. The hotel had an amazing buffet breakfast and dinner! The spa, gym and pool were ideal early in the morning. We especially enjoyed the cocktail bar! A wonderful, professional and friendly bartender agreed to try and make our own alien cocktail recipes. In general, everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially the young lady at the reception. We enjoyed both Opatija and Rijeka on our way to Italy and at the end of our stay were surprised that the garage fee was deducted from our bill. We also got a complimentary drink at the bar. I would strongly recommend this hotel and especially their half-board offer!

I would only go to Poljane with a group, not solo.

I would only go to Poljane with a group, not solo. We enjoyed walking around the property neighborhood. There aren't many restaurants in Poljane. We had some good meals in Opatija. We ate dinner at Ostaria Veranda and Valle Losca Tavern and lunch at Roko. Spent one day at Lido Beach Club. We did not have a car, but Uber and taxis are available.
