We had a lovely time in Povlja, a charming little town with a peaceful, family-friendly vibe. If you're traveling with a pet, rest assured—many locals are dog owners themselves and are very welcoming toward animals. The apartment itself was adorable and located right by the sea. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to the scent of the sea was truly magical. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. The pet accommodation fee was €50 wich felt somewhat unnecessary, especially since no additional amenities provided for pets. Given the overall pet-friendly environment, including the welcoming attitude of locals, it would have been nice if the fee reflected some added value.

The accomodation was really close to the beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. The people were very nice, and they tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible!! The few from the upper floor is breath taking, looking over to the church. The town is quite small, so it’s perfect if you want to destress and just enjoy the peace and quiet :)

The owner was incredibly hospitable and friendly, making our stay a pleasure. Everything was perfect, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and the location was just a short walk to the beach. Awesome! :)

Beautifully renovated and decorated house in a great location. The host Suzana is super sweet. She not only recommended us restaurantes and places to visit but even made dinner reservations for us. The village is very tranquil and dreamy, sending you right back to decades ago when there was a simple and relaxed life. Highly recommend.

    We were happy that Povlja has a variety of beaches: city, bay, peninsula-top, secluded bay. We discovered real interesting things locally: the famous early Christian basilica, the viewpoint overlooking the entire bay, an abandoned war bunker on a nearby beach, the somersaults and head-jumps of local youth in the harbor in the evenings. There are also several restaurants and ice cream parlors. We ate excellent pizza and squid with tartar sauce.

    The location is perfect, the apartment is great and our host, Victor, has been incredible. This is our preferred location from our Croatian tour. The island is picturesque, Povlja village is nice and quiet, several beaches (we enjoyed sunset on Nova beach) and many good places to eat. Victor told us about the place and local specialties, we enjoyed so much home made olive oil, wine and orahovac. Thank you for a perfect stay!

    This property had the most spectacular view of Povlja which has to be one of the most stunning places I have been to. It was very clean, with good facilities and a place to park. Lovely friendly hosts and checking in and out was very easy. There are 3 places to swim in the crystal clear sea, and a short walk from the apartment, and each one has its own charm. There are good places to eat including a ****restaurant.

    The apartment is beautiful, clean and a peaceful environment, the host was very kind and humane. Very good accessibility to beaches with fine pebbles and clear sea, excellent visibility under water. Pleasant restaurants in the center with excellent food and friendly staff. I highly recommend it for people who like peace and quiet on vacation without crowded beaches.

    The apartment very clean, well prepared for the visitors, good view from the terrace, big place to grill, peace and quiet. Everything what we could think of was there in case we need it. Clean, beautiful beach, little charming promenade by the sea, very nice people and very tasty food.
