Rooms are in a larger vacation lodge. My room was spacious, nicely decorated and with comfortable beds and all facilities, incl. kitchen use and spring water supply. Hiking trails are within good reach as well as the main restaurant (I really recommend the goulash stew !) / tourist info point, museum and bus station, and there is also a smaller hiking trail nearby leading to the other ones. The complimentary welcome wine was very tasty, thanks very much ! The host was extremely nice and helpful, and explained everything about the area and exploration possibilities to me. He also most kindly drove me to the lodge in the afternoon, as I had missed the last bus to the locality, thanks so much again !

Fantastic hotel with great food, the best chef ever! We stayed 5 nights in the facility, breakfast, dinner was never same, desert included. I saw also vegetarian, gluteen and lactose free products as well. The bed and pillow OMG!!(I am always carrying my pillow, here i didnt have too). If you arriving by car, so many castle and hiking places to go, if rains they have lil sauna, pool with heated water too. Playroom has darts, cso-cso, ping-pong, billiard, for smaller kids (-6 or 7)has another room to play. Every day they have handcraft session for kids, free langos in the afteroon(we missed it, still dont know what day) and palachinta at dinner (not ecery day). If you are in town make sure you stop by at the cukraszda, cake shop opposite to CBA grocery store( 5 min walk from hotel.) All in all, we have been a lot of places in different countries, this is one of the best hotel, hits it all(location, bed, pillow, quite(even was lot of kids) always hot water,clean, spa and food, food, food). Perfect for family , solo, or couple as well.

Sweet little cottage with a super sweet terrace and garden view! The owner is an artist and all of her appearing works are showing how sensitively and carefully this little home was put together. We adored the ceramics, drawings around the house. Rasa was very helpful, borrowed us backpacks too. The cottage is comfy and very well equipped too.

    Everything was great! Second time we stayed here, the hotel was fully booked due to valentine's but staff went the extra mile! Food was great ( however at dinner there were not a great selection for vegetarians, which didn't affect us, just mentioned as an observation) spa facilities were open later than usual which was also a bonus! We also had a small bottle of wine and some chocolate when we arrived! Great experience again.

    The hotel is completely new and cozy, Perfectly clean and comfortable rooms Tasty, generous and assorted dishes , both for breakfast and dinner The Spa is small but has all you need for relaxing, I loved it , with its charming view to the forest The location in the center of a beautiful forest , close to the hiking paths Lovely

    Very nice clean new facilities, quiet small hotel for private get-always. Friendly helpful staff. Very interesting program of star- gazing with an expert and the necessary equipment was for quests organised at the evening.

    Excellent location, very kind owner/host. The place was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for one night. Very cheap, especially in Dobogókő. I recommend it if someone is ok with the toilet/shower issue.
