Friendly and professional staff, a welcome drink provided upon check-in. We have free wine tasting during our stay. The room is almost new, clean, with a beautiful view of Lake Balaton and Tihany. The food is delicious, wide range of good during breakfast and dinner. The wellness area is elegant, with many pools and comfortable sunbeds. The hotel deserves 5*.

The facilities of my room having a private sauna was exceptional. The quality of food was excellent and the friendliness of the staff and overall experience has been so good we decided to change our holiday plans and book into the highest grade suite for an extra 2 nights. The animator programmes. The all inclusive includes everything, that you need. The childrens pool outside is fine. The weekend we have been there, there were not a lot of children. The garden is very big, with a lot of trees. Really nice place to stay with nice view to the harbour.
