I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful place Villa Samalas in Gili Meno, where the very friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The bungalows were nice, and there was a small restaurant, as well as a good and quiet beach. Everything lived up to the expectations one would have for a vacation. The wifi worked very well in the room. I would highly recommend this place and would love to visit again. Thank you!

This has hands down been the best accommodation of our entire trip through Indonesia. Our room was simply delightful—spotlessly clean and so warmly decorated. We loved it so much, we just kept extending our stay until we absolutely had to leave! You won't find a better beachfront on the whole island than at The Beach House. And the staff - they are genuinely wonderful, kind, and incredibly helpful, making it so hard to say goodbye to this little piece of paradise. We treasured every moment and are already planning our return next year. Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay! The team at the hotel is amazing and incredibly helpful. Our host, Sabidin, was the most gracious person imaginable; he was always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was outstanding for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sabidin took the time to prepare our drinks exactly the way we like them, and he always greeted us with a smile. Our room was cleaned daily, which was a nice touch. The room itself offered a beautiful view of the beach and the pool, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated every moment and hope to return to experience those breathtaking sunsets once again. Thanks again for a wonderful experience

    The beach was absolutely beautiful—the water, the wildlife... I even swam with turtles! The island is peaceful and a perfect place to relax and escape from daily stress. An amazing destination, free from parties and ideal for a detox from the everyday routine. Highly recommended.

    The Gili Islands are truly a beautiful place, with crystal-clear waters. Especially Gili Meno, where you can escape the crowds of tourists and the noise of nightlife. But be careful — unfortunately, one of the biggest issues on the island is the litter left behind by tourists, which takes away some of the charm of these amazing islands. There are no cars here; people get around using electric scooters or small horse-drawn carriages. If you're looking for fun, head to Gili Air or Gili T. But if you want peace and quiet and to enjoy the sea, Gili Meno is the perfect choice.

    A really beautiful island, so relaxing with lots of stunning beaches and a lovely laid back feel. Great snorkelling, lots of turtles & superb food & cocktails!! We also went to Gilli air but we much preferred Gilli menu, it’s pure paradise.

    It is an all natural experience!

    It is an all natural experience! Walking around the islands, bare foot in sandy roads, eat in restaurants in the sand, swim in crystal clear waters and with the company of the turtles! It was amazing! But as in overall Indonesia, the trash issue needs to be considered urgently!!

    The island is amazing, however there is a lot of rubbish...

    The island is amazing, however there is a lot of rubbish everywhere, great vibe on the island and you are literally surounded by the beautiful sea, amazing sunsets. Assume they are still suffering from the backlash of covid as quite a few empty run down buildings. Well worth the travel time for the experiance.

    Island vibe simple and quieter Not any shops but adequate for simple supplies Excellent response from Medics when called upon for unwell guest., Restaurants with varied Menus Attended a Family wedding function on the Isand which was amazing, perfect. Services and suppliers were 10/10 , a local Wedding planner assisted. A wonderful special occassion.

    Amazing location ! The beach is one of the best parts of the island. There are lots of options for seating too which is a plus. Lovely warung to have all meals if you want but even the breakfast is yummy with many options. There was also many warungs and restaurants all around us. The staff are very friendly and helpful - we hired bikes off them to explore the island. The beds are very comfortable and the aircon is great. Many kittens around which is always such a wonderful addition. Amazing value for money. Would recommend to anyone!

    Ora Villas was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon, it's very much catered towards couples and you even have your own private pool which felt like a real touch of luxury! The staff were amazing and so helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was very comfortable and clean and we were seconds away from the ocean where we saw lots of turtles! The area was peaceful and around a 10-15 min walk from the main stretch of other hotels on the island. We had a lovely stay at Ora thank you.

    The location is central to Gili Meno and is 10-15 min walk from most restaurants and beaches. The rooms are great. The highlight is really Adakz, the hotel manager. He took very well care of us and organized everything for us. He really has at heart the wellbeing of his guests and helping the larger island community. If you're there on a Wednesday, join the local band Brothers Of The Street in Asna Warung on the east beach for a very fun and entertaining night.

    Best snorkeling on Gili Meno just in front of the resort, I have encountered several turtles there. Nice setting directly on the narrow beach. Room was spacious and a like the potable water barrel provided by the hotel.
