After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!

very very very beautiful and location is superb. Tunjungan Plaza and local market call Pasar Genteng is walking distance. Breakfast is good, you will get everything you need in the bathroom. There’s coffee maker, SDB and refrigerator. The standard room is huge.

The property has a decent facility. The hot jacuzzi and clean pool really made my stay with my daughter memorable. And i would like personally Thanks all the staff but also i would do an honorable mention to Nyoman and Mega for their wonderful hospitality and very attentive attitude. Breakfast was the best. Best service by Ms Elsa. Very clean & well maintained room. Thanks Elsa. Shana’s, Mila & Tyas were very friendly, helpful, happy, wonderful staff. I will definitely be back. Manager Samsul was very nice person. Alex helped me to bringing down my luggage, nice of him. Ms Elsa, Ms Mila, Shanaz & Tyas helped me to order Grab for me. They know, this was my first time, they were checking on me on WhatsApp that how I am , where. Make sure I am safe. Tyas surprised me when she sent a WhatsApp message for safety. Tyas is a sweetheart, I really appreciated for asking that I am safe. God bless her heats.
