Hotel area is very convenient , just walk distance to the mall Dirty bathroom the wall with many of black mould and the sewage is terrible stink , bathroom can not close unless you use with thin coin, so the smell spread to the bed room. but the receptions did not want moved use to other rooms. instead try to clean up and poor with hot water. but the smell doesn't go away. we never come across with the filthy bathroom in any hotel before. will avoid this hotel if you plan to go to Batam.Guest review byMeylia AAustralia - 8.0

The stairs are no problem to use since it is only a short flight of 14 steps or so. Ambiance and rooms are clean and luxurious feeling. Staff were attentive and friendly.
