The room is a non-smoking room and actually quite spacious. Tea/coffee facilities are available in the room, the AC and Water heater work well. Staff is quite helpful. Located in the middle of the city, there is a small grocery store next door (indomaret). no breakfast service but can order food online easily. can borrow plate and spoon/fork from the hotel. Wifi connection is also well.

We had the most wonderful stay at this family owned homestay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely incredible warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our time special. They went above and beyond to help us plan our days, offering thoughtful suggestions and arranging everything with such care. The accommodation itself was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and surrounded by lush greenery. There were plenty of cozy spots to relax and soak up the jungle vibes. the free breakfast was unreal – fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to each day! This homestay felt like a perfect blend of comfort and authenticity, and the kindness of the family truly made it unforgettable. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

    This is a really delightful place to stay - a bit of an oasis. We were fortunate enough to have the tree house and it was fabulous with some little touches that you would expect from a quality hotel. We only stayed one night and were taken out to eat in the city but other guests said there was an acceptable eatery within walking distance. Rizal's communications were excellent

    The location is near the airport and it is to reach using online taxi early morning. And also a lot of restaurant near the hotel, so easy for me to find what I like to eat in the walking distance. And the most important is the staff very helpful :)

    As soon as we checked in to the hotel the staff came asking for a deposit. We have fully paid for the room yet he came asking for a deposit. it was very unprofessional
