We were looking for a quiet location and this fit the bill perfectly. The home is a short walk to the village Ballyferriter, which has a couple of classic pubs and hotel. We had dinner at the hotel and it was amazing. It's also a short drive to Dingle where we walked out to the lighthouse and enjoyed the vibrant town. This is a really quirky place to stay within walking distance of the town of Ballyferriter. The yurt was cosy and set in beautiful nature but with all the facilities you would need just a short walk away from the yurt. I wasn't expecting breakfast as there is a self-catering kitchen, but there were lovely homemade scones and brown bread every morning along with cereal and pancakes. Our host Brid was lovely friendly and kind. The area is stunning with a choice of absolutely stunning beaches nearby. On the Slea Head drive, scenery was amazing and the nearby Hotel food was really good. There are 4 pubs to choose from and plenty of entertainment. A great place to stay!!
