Location and views were great. Staff was so so with exception of one man possible the owner who was very nice and informative. The bar is super small. Most guest were hikers. We were greeted warmly by the Reception personnel and led to our accommodations. Since my sister and her husband were traveling with my husband and me, we had two rooms and a separate hallway from the other two bedrooms; all four rooms shared the commons area--kitchen/dining/living room. We LOVED that these accommodations were on the first floor! No steps! We enjoyed having our dinner takeout and breakfast in the Commons on a nice sized table instead of on our laps. The bedrooms were large with a desk nook, closet, bookcase, and lots of storage; the bathroom was modern, clean, and also spacious. Towels and tolietries were supplied and plentiful for us. Bed was comfortable. The TV was a bit small and the volume was very low, which is the only negative to this experience. We all realized that this would be a great place to spend more time and use it as a base for touring nearby sites instead of moving accommodations nightly.Guest review byCatherineUnited States
