Friendly owner and staff, very good breakfast, comfortable bar/restaurant with varied menu and pretty sea views; located on major business street with shops, pubs, and restaurants within easy walking distance; parking available on the street in front of the hotel for reasonable rate; located for lots of good day trips; small-town feeling with people who seem to know everyone else and are also friendly to tourists with whom they may strike up a conversation. I would definitely go back.

Repeat visitor to this well kept and convenient townhouse. It has an ideal location next to the Clifden Station House, Lidl, and Aldi. Lorna is a top tier host. The rooms are spotlessly clean and there are many cozy amenities. If you are lucky enough to get Room 2 upstairs, it has skylights and a fantastic modern rainfall shower. WiFi connections are frustratingly spotty in Clifden, but this address must be next to a main junction because it is more than adequate if you're a digital nomad. I will happily return the next time I am in Connemara!

Incredible view. Fireplace was well stocked. Outside grill was nice to cook some fresh oysters from local source. Very close to the national park. Washer and dryer are outside so they don’t bother you.
