The location worked for us because it was between what we wanted to see. The biggest pleasure was the people of Silvermines where so kind and friendly. A sweet little town. Really enjoyed Hickey's Pub!

Our room faced the lake, and it was beautiful! Room was spacious and very clean. Resort was busy and had many children guests, which was nice. Food was very good in bar area, and breakfast buffet was a great start to our day !

Bernie, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She welcomed us, got us all set and comfortable, and was available if needed but didn't hover. The breakfast was great. Free range eggs, toast, cereals, biscuits, all kinds of stuff, and ready for us to grab whenever we wanted.
