Very bad experience i booked ac room but there full of non ac rooms fan is not working. I didn’t sleep thath night no drinking water no towels and room is very bad don’t choose this property. I felt right away at home there. The staff knew what I needed & was polite & VERY helpful. I enjoyed looking around, viewing the plants which compare with other places I’ve been. I was offered a a tour of the Fort Kochi area, & since I didn’t know how to get around they personally showed me around. I only had one day so had to make the most of it & they certainly did their best to make the it a day to remember. I found friends IMMEDIATELY by being there.
