Friendly and accomodating staff. Mr. Mishra, a manager at the hotel will always check on us to ensure we are well taken care off. Food is something which pleased me here and would recommend guests to try their dinner menu available. The staff also made sure to cater to a special diet request made and I am greatful.

This is a magnificent heritage property that’s restored with great integrity— while the amenities are to modern standards. The entire property has character with many charming vignettes that tempt you to linger: a shady spot to sketch and paint (all materials are provided), a small chapel in the main foyer, a beautifully restored ball room, and a billiards/game room. The communal dining room is beautifully presented and inviting; the swimming pool area is lovely as well!

The hotel is located in a very nice and peaceful place, surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant is delicious. We had a nice walk on the nearby beach. There is a little village in a walking distance, in case you need to buy something. The hotel also arranged a sightseeing trip with a private driver for us, we visited a lot of places in Goa, it was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much

We stayed here for a few days after our wedding to relax, and it was the perfect getaway. The warm and cozy environment of Cansaulim made it an ideal spot for unwinding. The host, Lionel, was truly amazing. When Chris wasn’t feeling well upon our arrival, Lionel went above and beyond to help us with medicines and made sure we were comfortable. He’s such a kind and hospitable person, always ready with fantastic recommendations for local cuisine, restaurants, and fun events. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the cleanliness and hygiene are impeccable. There’s also a lovely common sitting area with a grapefruit tree adorned with lights, adding a magical touch to the property. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Cansaulim circle, with easy access to shops and the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I can’t recommend it enough. We’re already planning to visit again in the next few months!

The staff. Most welcoming and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable and caring. Very rarely you find a property that gets a 5 star. And I think for Heritage Village all staff is their biggest asset that ads an extra star which nobody else can match. Kudos to Salomi for making it a smiling experience.

    Very nice located award winning family owned hotel (15 mins from Dabolim Airport) which is very well maintained and just a short walk from a nice sandy beach. Staff is extremely helpful and quality of food is very good. Rooms have balconies & all facilities are clean; you can do your own sightseeing on a rented (e-)bike. Recommended

    Overall a very nice property for family holiday.

    Overall a very nice property for family holiday. We visited in rainy season,so we spent a full day inside the room and wanted to watch movies or tv entertainment.But the tv cable selection was third rate,no popular channels and no HD channels were available. The whole tv cable set up is old, needs complete revamp.

    If you really like quite, peaceful beaches then this one is for you. There are couple of beaches along the stretch and one will enjoy early morning and evening walks on the beach. There are also some good shacks and water sports activity around

    The 3 minute walk to the white sandy Arossim beach.

    The 3 minute walk to the white sandy Arossim beach. My room was more private as it didnt face the pool. Its far away from the popular restaurants and eating places. The Taxis just outside the property are very costly and the local taxiwala dont allow goa miles taxis. Better if you have your own vehicle.
