    As Chakan is an industrial area, expectations were set on that basis only. Hence, hotel accommodation also were expected for short visit business travellers only. The positives are room was clean and bed was comfortable. However, the negatives out-weigh these 2 positives, as below: - the WhatsApp message indicated lift in the facility but there was none. Though the front desk staff helped to carry up the bags during check-in, they refused to help while check-out. - the customer service received was very poor. - Only after asking we were provided the following: a) just 1 towel for booking of 3 guests in triple occupancy! b) 1 Water bottle only for the second day. None on first day and third day. c) Despite booking service with breakfast, on asking got on second day morning only by 10 am and it wasn't hot at all. So, we informed not to bring on 3rd day as they was said will be delayed until 10.30 am and will be bought from the same external place like previous day! - Hot water for shower was not available from first day after check-in by 5 pm until next day noon 2 pm. As there was incessant rain, we had to shower in cold water the first 2 days. Only from 2nd day noon until 3rd day check-out we had hot water for shower. - It was a sore sight to see the used plates with leftover food items, removed from other rooms kept on the stairs and not taken for cleaning one whole day! We suggest reception staff to be trained on customer service.
