Stayed 7 nights. Very well designed apartment with bed area, nice table and sofa area, kitchenet with everything required and bathroom. Modern, comfortable, clean. Attentive staff. Good services nearby: ATM, supermarket, restaurants (segundo bairro rest. is a must). A good motorway type road just outside makes it easy to travel all over Goa. Noise is minimal and not a problem.

Preferred this place over Baga, Anjuna and Palolem. It is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Easy access from Candolim main road by Bike or Car (including SUV). 5 mins through the winding lanes and you reach this well-maintained, cute, small, no-frills cottage space...which charges very little, but puts you right in the middle of Candolim beach, away from the loud Calangute-Baga and the main Candolim tourist beach. If I could get a non-expensive, beach cottage with access to a clean, empty beach, visited mostly by foreigners with their families, from where I can reach the hotspots in Anjuna in 30mins max and Chapora Main Road in 40mins max... I need not travel 40-50kms down south to Palolem. Only thing I missed was the sea kayaking, which is not possible in north goa beaches...they do river kayaks mostly. The property has 1 caretaker Pramodh for 5 (same-sized) cottages. He is a sweet guy who can help with bike rental contacts as well. Owner is also a nice helpful guy.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, particularly the restaurant staff. Sanjay, Siddhesh, Priyanshu and others too were welcoming and helped us a lot in giving information about cab booking and day tours etc. Nice playtime activities for kids. The vast variety of breakfast and quality of food definitely deserves 10/10 and was the major highlight of our stay. Candolim location perfectly sits in between to allow comfortable trips to North Goa and South Goa
