The reception team did a wonderful job and were excellent at their work, rather they looked understaffed. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The Indian food served at restaurant was amazing with good service. Overall a good stay, unfortunately we had only one day. Thank you team Essentia.

Totally perfect Had selected this property after going through a few. And it was a good choice. The property was neat and clean. Easy to approach and well maintained. Rooftop pool area well maintained with a restaurant to keep you entertained. The restaurant service was fantastic, as was the food and the choices of it. I will surely come again. 5 star experience.

Overall a 10/10. Excellent location. very courteous polite and efficient staff. Food was good. The room was comfortable and cozy. Special mention - Disha at front desk was very efficient I saw her calmly and efficiently handle 10+ checkout in an hour and at the same time find us a room. Kamal & Haseena from the restaurant were efficient and courteous. Rajan at the live station was a great cook. Rishi Raj was helpful while the trainee Vaishali was polite & courteous. This made the stay very pleasant.
