Especially, in Vrindavan, it was sheer mismanagement. traffic jams and crowd should be managed in a better way; even the street lights were not working. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. The staff could not help to navigate us till the hotel and we had to take our own risk to reach. The location, might be central to Mathura but very inconvenient to reach. Terrif does not include breakfast, not even drinking water. Infact they tried over charge us for the water bottles, that was a rude shock.
