Dusty and with Traffic jam. The city centre mall was good. And an eatery in Mallaguri was excellent. Trips to Mirik and Bengal Safari were nice. Rest was disappointing. Don't recommend anyone for this hotel It is not worth paying 4000/- per night for this below average hotel. Had I known the location I would have never stay there.As I mentioned except the reception people who were helpful ,nothing else was good . The rooms are clean by Indian standards. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They arranged a tuktuk for us and even gave us an early morning wake-up call to catch our train!
