The place is nothing compared to Munnar (been there 6 times). The city is too crowded, dirty, and full of disgusting restaurants. There's not much to see outside the city as well as the place is barely 1000m from sea level. Do not go there expecting stunning mountain top views, cloud-covered peaks, or beautiful meadows. Even the tea estates looked dry, uneven, and neglected. The hotels are overpriced!
