We visited Tunganath. It is awesome trek. So nice view.
We visited Tunganath. It is awesome trek. So nice view. Starting point of trek is convenient to reach. For normal tourist, not expert trekker, should strat trek by 10 am. and try to start returning by 4 pm. Otherwise the path will be dark and there is a problem of horse riding. A sleepy little village (Saari) tucked in the hills of Uttarakhand which I found to be very neat and clean. The people were helpful. The village is easily accessible. The interaction with the people of Ukhimath was very good, It is ideally located with several important temples in its vicinity. Very quiet, peaceful and dotted with good homestays, cafes and hotels. Tungnath Temple trek and Deoria Tal trek are unmissable. Though I was with my spouse, I am sure Solo travelers can also enjoy this place which has great treks and they can meet like minded people.Guest review byGaurIndia - 8.0
