Everything,Shah the owner messaged me before arriving to see if we had any special requests. On arrival we got booked in easily and shown the car park, it's a 30 second walk away and camera monitored. Our room 3 single beds was impressively clean. There is a good size kitchen to use but you are surrounded by excellent local food stalls so we did not use kitchen, but did help ourselves to the ever brewing chai. Would recommend this place to everyone coming to Sulaymaniyah. Shah you are a wonderful person. Thank you for all your help. See you again.

Everything was perfect, the hotel is very well situated and has an excellent restaurant, modern equipments, a Spa and fabulous, attentive staff. Special mention to Peshraw at reception who was a great help from start to finish! Thank you to Arash and dambet and all the others. Everything was perfect. We will return to this hotel with great pleasure.

The location of the hotel is great. The price of the hotel is good and every facility is great. I tried the health spa and it was fantastic. The breakfast was great and diverse. The staff was great especially renas who was very helpful and kind. Very nice stay and i definitely would love to stay here again
