It has a super stunning view. You can see the farm as far as the eye can see. During summer you may see the fog around 2-3 am as you can see in the photo. It is a very peaceful environment. It's a perfect location, just 10 minutes from Hella. Sometimes in the morning, you will find Navi (a Border Collie) very smart and cute dog to play with you :D. For an EV car, every cottage has a charger.

We had an absolutely lovely two-night stay at this charming accommodation in Iceland. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean everything was - clearly a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. Our host Veronique was simply delightful and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, which really enhanced our overall experience. The space itself was cozy and inviting, with a warm atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. We were pleased to find that the accommodation was very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location worked perfectly for our Iceland adventure, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest after our days of exploring this beautiful country. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for clean, comfortable accommodation with exceptional hospitality. The location by the sea is very nice! Our family tent was as nice as on the pictures, and both warm, airy and comfortable. The shared relax area at the 'barn' is very cosy, and the host is really nice and friendly! All is also perfectly clean and delicate.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique dome house. The place is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully surrounded by nature, with adorable horses nearby that made the atmosphere even more special. The host was very welcoming, and everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. The dome itself was cozy and relaxing, and at night we could enjoy the sky and even a few stars through the clear panels (no aurora during this season, but it must be magical when it appears!). Inside, the accommodation was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, Nespresso machine, small refrigerator, sink, plates, cutlery, and more. It was the perfect combination of comfort and nature, and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Iceland.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Old School House. Honestly, part of me wants to gatekeep this place – but of course I won’t. As a half-Icelandic person, this has definitely become one of my new favorite spots to stay in the countryside. We loved the garden, which was open for everyone to use. We actually ended up staying in for both dinner and breakfast, even though we had plans to go out and eat at restaurants. But the garden was just too cozy – we couldn’t resist. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and had an amazing evening watching the sunset. The kitchen and bedrooms were super clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Iceland. Magnea and Greg were so lovely and welcoming. You can really feel that they care and want you to have the best stay possible. 10/10, would recommend!:))

Literally looks exactly like the pictures! It’s so well done! It was big enough for 2 people and the bed was very comfy! There was 3 heaters, which we only needed one on and we were there during winter. We did see the northern lights too! There was a lot of rain and wind later in the night and the dome was excellent, no issues whatsoever. Yes, you do have to walk 200m to use the bathroom and kitchenette, but the facilities were amazing! So much better than expected- once again they look exactly like the photos!
