This family-run hotel is located just off the Ring Road (Route 1), about a 40-minute drive from Vík. The surrounding nature is scenic, and in the morning, you can watch horses and cows "going to work" in the fields. We stayed in the apartment, which was clean and well-equipped with everything you need (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, stove). There were also some Nescafé instant coffee sachets provided for use with hot water. The bathroom was very spacious, with an excellent shower. Guests can use the hot tubs 24/7 (bathrobes are provided in the room) – and they are truly hot! Breakfast is served in the main building and offers plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's also a restaurant on-site, but we didn’t get a chance to try it.

Everything was just perfect. The cottage is located in a beautiful scenery and it has everything you need. It’s small but very comfortable. Property was very quiet in a gorgeous location with a great view! Place was very modern, spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and keys easy to pick up. Bathroom was very nice and we appreciated the coffee! We really loved the stay very much!

We loved staying there. The cabin is modern furbished, has everything you need. But the best thing for us was relaxing in the jacuzzi and watching the northern lights in front of us.
