The house was very warm and beautifully decorated. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The shared kitchen had everything you need. The house has two floors with a shared bathroom per floor. There are three to four rooms on each floor. The shared bathroom had everything you need (shampoo, toilet paper, etc.). Towels are also provided for each guest. Even though we arrived late and the restaurant was closing, they welcomed us and served us delicious soup (meat soup and fish soup). The breakfast was also very good. I recommend the accommodation for the friendly atmosphere, the food and the cleanliness.

This is guesthouse with simple room facilities, but it was clean, and most importantly, we managed to see the aurora from our room itself so that was great! It was also worth it to get the mountain facing rooms - the view would have been very different as the other set of rooms face the carpark.

Highly recommend!! We got to see our first show of northern lights here!!! You need not go anywhere to see them. You can enjoy it from the comfort of your room. The rooms and property are great- clean. Breakfast was great and with a view! The hotel is located at a distance of 10-12mins from Hofn town (by car). Great location for viewing auroras.
