Great location if you’d like to actually spend some time in Pingvellir, Geysir & Gulfoss, outside of when all your coaches are arriving. As this hotel is situated perfectly in middle as a base. We didn’t have enough time to go to Fontana Spa unfortunately, but it surely looked nice. That’s in east walking distance too. Also easy to walk to lake foreshore, see the bubbling water.
