I traveled by myself to run a race and I could have not picked a better place! The staff were my greatest support and cheerleaders . So warm, welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to the area . Absolutely loved the balcony looking over rooftops of Rovinji to the sea. Most amazing renovation- beautifully designed, sophisticated, and respecting the historic building. Charming and classy. Breakfast (and dinner) was amazing- very generous and food was delicious.

They gave us a very nice surprise for my birthday and the staff was super supportive during our stay. The rooms have one of the best views to the second highest peak of the dolomites. Easy to connect with Cortina using the Shuttle. It's just the best place to stay and recharge after long trekking days in the Dolomites. Super comfortable rooms: big enough to enjoy at all.

Its pricy as you only get the room. No svimingpool, spa or other high end hotel services you would expect. But what you do get you cant replace with unnessesary junk. You are visiting the dolomites - go hike! What you need is some really fantastic velmade food from the chef who makes the best carbonara outside rome (he used to work in rome), when you get Home after a day in the mountain. We NEVER eat at the hotel restaurant - but in Cortina this is the best price/value and service. A receptionist who gives you a hug when you pay hotel tax :-) and a smile every we meet, a perfect designed hotel experience in every detail, the most fantastic view in the room and the restaurant, helpfull and friendly Morning staff who gives you advice on where to go depending on the weather and least but not last the dynamic evening duo: Andrea and Roberto. The perfect examples of professional evening hosts. Roberto with his excellent service - at the same time professional and personal - and making things happens and Andrea the magician who made actually professional magic tricks. Impressive and the perfect match enjoying the quality wine list. Just go!
