Angera is a small town with a nice park at the edge of the lake. Ferry terminal with regular crossings to Ancona ( 5 minutes on ferry ) which had a large choice of restaurants and cafes. Angera is a very pretty little town on Lake Maggiore, northern Italy. It's about 40 minutes from Milan Malpensa airport. It has good restaurants and a great gelateria. The Rocca is well worth visiting and a day on the lake is to be recommended.Guest review byAlanUnited Kingdom

The hotel is in a great location across from the lake in easy walking distance to the ferry and some beautiful walks. The rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean. The reception staff have been really helpful with advise were to visit and always asking how our day has been. Breakfast is served on the three floor with a terrace overlooking the lake which just starts your day perfectly. Thank you for our amazing holiday we will definitely be back.
