The family who runs the place is very helpful, generous and openhearted. When we arrived, Stefano offered us coffee and biscuits. We could store our bicycles inside. The breakfast was delicious with handmade jam, cakes and local products. His wife offered us a ride to the nearby outlet and back as I needed a rain jacket. We also had some very nice talks. The place is a bit outside from Artena, more in the nature and very beautiful and calm. It was perfect to relax, we even stayed 2 nights longer. The room is big and had everything we needed. We could even use the kitchen.

I am an Airbnb host myself, so I know it is essential to accommodate guests and to try to create a living space that is not only comfortable but safe. Wow, wow, wow! Before my arrival, the lovely host communicated with me about how to get to her home and said that if I had any questions, I could contact her via WhatsApp. I was traveling alone, and having her communicate via text felt extremely safe. She waited late for me, even until I got my dinner. So sweet! Although she did not speak full English, she could accommodate my needs. I was there for a work conference and had the place to myself. The home was decorated eloquently, with all the amenities and more that I needed/wanted. Extra bedding was offered (I like a heavy comforter), and the towels were plush. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival. Coffee/Teas were available. I welcome anyone to come to stay at her house!

Higly recommend this place. Cozy, modern facility managed by young and amazing host Room and bathroom are very comfortable, stylish furniture, everything you need. Me and my daughter enjoyed our short stay. Stefano was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely, fun, bright, modern ,clean and comfortable. The shower was A-mazing!!! and massaged as you shower!! The breakfast was a very sweet breakfast, mini chocolate crossants and pastries which my daughter liked. There was cereal options of cornflakes also and yoghurt and fresh mini juices, which I thought were really cute. I liked how it was presented and the breakfast tasted nice. Stefano and his dad went that extra mile driving me and my daughter to the station(valmontone) as I didnt have a car as the walk was too far for us and even picked us on our return from our days in Rome. We greatly appreciated this as we didn't realise the distance.

Old town with small streets, every house takes care about flowers and decorations in their surroundings, beatiful sunset. You can make trip to Albano lake and visit sights arround the lake. If you do not like to drive in narrow street you should check which one will you use to reach destination.

The property is authentic historic house where you truly enjoy piece and quiet. You reach the house only by foot (about 4-5mins from the free parking). There is a beautiful and suggestive view from the room. The bed is very comfortable! And the fresh breakfast?! Oh my, it was SO lovely! Maurizio is a very pleasant and generous host. He recommended 3 restaurants to us in the area around Artena and all 3 were rated 10/10 from us. We will definitely come back!

A brand new apartment in the modern part of Artena. The place has a huge terrace and is equipped with everything necessary for a short or long stay. Spotlessly clean and in a new building. Coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, you name it. The owners were extremely kind and kept asking me whether I was in need of something and how I felt. Thank you very much, indeed!

Such gracious hosts! It really felt like you were part of the family, from the warm welcome, the wonderful and plentiful food, the conversations about the town and it's history, it all made the stay so memorable and comfortable. I can't wait to return, I would nearly go back to Artena just to stay here! 11/10 P.S. I know the review is a week and a half late, my apologies!

Amazing place to stay with the most wonderful and hospitable people. Located not far from an old town of Artena, 7 minutes drive. Well equipped rooms with comfortable beds and nice balcony. Breakfast is served any time you need and you get a lot of delicious home made food. Strongly recommend!
