She showed and explain everything needed. She quickly answered all my email questions too; that was very helpful. In general she is very friendly and helpful person. It takes 15-20 minutes from Beverino to railway station parking lot in La Spezia which most people starts visiting Cinque Terre towns from. The building of this hotel is very old, and it has an interesting story (you can read it on the web). Despite this, the room is very comfortable. We got room with access to the terrace with an amazing view. However the road to the hotel is very dangerous, the last 5 km were really extreme.
