A nicely renovated new hotel, situated right in the city center, with a gorgeous view of the lake from its terrace. Room was nice and spacious inviting you to relax. It was a pleasure to meet Marta at the reception, she was very kind and professional and knowledgeable, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome, even if we stayed only one night. Her recommendations about restaurants were also excellent. The owners are present most of the time, making sure everything is ok for the guests. For sure we will retorn and with great pleasure. Thank you so much again for everything.

It is not the first hotel where we stayed within that area, but definitely the best one! Booking it I didn't expect to get such a level of hospitality, comfort and care. It is a masterpiece: amazing combination of design, technologies, comfort and coziness. From the very first minute we felt so welcomed that didn't want to leave. Giada, Daniele thank you for your help at all the stages of our stay! Massimo, we were honored to be welcomed by you! Restaurant 'LeBolle' deserves a special comment: food, wine list, service are amazing! Table setting with all the small details was so sophisticated that brought aesthetic pleasure in addition to gastronomic experience. Looking forward to spa area opening, I may expect it will be fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met during my stay, and their attention to detail was truly remarkable. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. From the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant to the efficient room service, every aspect of my stay was well taken care of. In summary, I can recommend this hotel enough. The exceptional service, combined with the stunning view from my room, made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning in the future. Amazing location, right at the Orta Lake! Fantastic dinner, breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Top quality service!! The owner was always present and very-very service-orientated and generous with the guests. This will be certainly our regular place from now on.
