The accomodation was is nice place, with plenty of parking lots in the yard. Rooms were simple but super clean and comfortable, shower gel and paper glasses provided. The best was the breakfast, basket with butter, jam, honey, biscuits, crackers on the table, croissants, bread, ham and cheese, eggs (four kinds), capuccino, espresso on request. Fruits, drinks in the self-service bar. Everything fresh and very tasty. The staff nice and funny. Check-in in the bar. They provide dinners on request between 19:30 and 20:30 (didn’t try). We will definitely come back.

The apartment was well equipped, cozy and clean. The location was perfect, just a few minutes far from the Alpe-Adria cycle trail. In the neighbourhood there are some excellent cafés and restaurants and not least historical sights.

Genuinely friendly staff, who speak English. Simple, but exceptionally delicious food on offer at the bar - all the panini, formaggi were fresh, and the portions were big. Good selection of food at breakfast (10€ per person on request). It was also fresh, and the atmosphere of the diner is great. The surrounding area is nice, you can see mountains, and two small fishing lakes, which both have crystal clear water. Plenty of parking spots, you don't have to worry about someone dinging your car. There are two very friendly cats, and some beautiful peacocks around the place. The bed is really comfortable, as well as the pillows (2 pieces per person). There is a shared bathroom for two rooms. Everything was squeaky clean, the bedroom, the bathroom, and the whole place really. I can only recommend this place, even if you are just passing through.

When you are in Gemona go there! The owners are extremely kind and helpful and the rooms are just recently renovated. All the electronics were high end and the bathroom was super clean and pretty. The breakfast is very nice and the B&B owners offer Apple Juice and Apple Marmelade from their own plantation.

Very nice, clean and cozy accommodation. We spent the night with the children on the way from the south of Italy. Breakfast self-service pleased. Venzone is a beautiful place, I highly recommend it.

We apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. All beds are is very comfortable. The upper level is perfect for our daughter of 7 years. There’re several supermarkets 5 mins by car where you can get everything you need. We stayed one night and were not able to admire the lake.

We had a truly excellent stay. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the breakfast offered a great variety of quality options. What stood out most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff — they were genuinely attentive and made us feel very welcome. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here.
