I booked my staying at the hotel after my return flight home was cancelled at 10pm on a Friday. I picked this hotel because it was fairly close to Malpensa Airport and it didn't disappoint me. Staff was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was great too. I ended up expending two nights there and was really pleased.

I booked for my parents and I'm writing on their behalf. They liked the hotel and the attentive host. It's handy to stay at this property, once they have a shuttle service to Malpensa airport. According to my parents, the city where the hotel is in, is surprisingly charming, as they walked around it and enjoyed very much the time they've spent there. Also, they could enjoy good food in town.

The flat has everything you need, it's very comfortable, quiet, with a nice balcony, just outside the city center but close in a nice area. Also parking is free and easy. Andrea was very smart and communication was easy. Thanks for everything.

Thank you so much it was so nice and clean room! Also very comfortable bed! and good and easy for cooking! Sabrina was carrying and helping in all steps and was very polite! we liked the place and enjoyed good time! Also very comfortable for shopping close supermarket and really one of the best espresso bar/cafe in the corner left side from entrance door of the hotel!!!
