The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and very kind! Also its 5 minutes from the airport. I recommend to take their airport shuttle because it will cost 15 euros for 2 people whereas a taxi will charge you 25 euros. Also the restaurant pizza place they have delicious pizzas!

The location of the hotel was perfect. Very near to all the attractions of the city. The staff was very attentive to our needs. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and check in was about 2 pm. We had booked 2 rooms but only one room was available at 9 am and they let us have it without any additional fee. In Mestre we had to pay 30 Euros for an early check in.

Amazing service, beautiful property, super easy to get to Venice by train (only 3 stops; ticket is just 1.5€). From my perspective, it’s much more convenient and comfortable to stay in a property like that one rather then to stay inside of Venice itself. Venice is overcrowded, has no public transport, not suitable for cars, kids and heavy luggage. I see no point in choosing an overpriced old hotel over super-comfortable villa with private parking in just 3 stops away from Venice. Well, it’s very subjective opinion, of course. I travelled by car
