The room was very generous with terrace/balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. Very quiet location. Everything was hassle free with a big deal of flexibility. Staff could not have been nicer. Lovely food and atmosphere in the restaurant. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We traveling a lot as a family and I can say this apartment exceeded our expectations! Apartment has all you need (even more than that!): its spacios with two full bathrooms, super clean ,equiped well ,good wifi . Its nice location, with lake view , terrace , close to restaurants .. we are amazed and we'll be back for sure! ❤️ Michela, the owner was so nice and helpful!

The hotel is so lovely and quiet. Rita picked us from train station and we spent lovely time there. The walk trail to city is a little bit steep but it is not far away from city center so it was fine for us. Food was delicious and we spent great time there.

The setting at the edge of the water was beautiful. Our balcony, just a few meters from the lake. All the amenities in the room were there. What was really a stand out for us was the incredible staff, especially Jéssica, Stefano in the restaurant where we had very nice options available to us (BTW, he makes the best cappuccinos ever) and at the reception desk as well Orietta. We have already recommended Hoel Meridiana to others, and if we ever go back to Lake Como, we would not consider staying any other place!

Absolute wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Victoria! We had a very nice moment here, the place is perfect, on the lake and well situated in Varenna. The pool, the breakfast, and activities were nice. A beautiful and intimate boutique hotel. Jessica gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, and we even received a complimentary upgrade such a lovely surprise!     There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio...

    There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio, just up the hill which at times can be unreliable and you need to buy tickets from the bar near the bus stop before your journey. If you rent a car, the journey into the mountains is worth the 8 hairpin bends. The views are absolutely stunning.

    Really special place. Very welcoming and friendly host. Such amazing views over the lake and alps. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Big kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. Slept well and relaxed.

    good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel.

    good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel. another good restaurant near marina, yet that one is rather expensive one. beach is easily accessible and there are paths for runners as well close to major attractions of Lake Como, worth considering travelling by bus. (Italians can be angry drivers if you go according to the speed limits)

    Very clean and comfortable. The room was great, it, had a balcony with a view of the lake and the bathroom was clean and more spacious then I have seen in any hotel so far. The owner (Angel) does his name justice left fresh fruit and some drinks in the fridge to enjoy. And it is only six minutes walking from the lake side. So it is far enough no not hear the traffic and close enough to enjoy the lake. This room is definitely in my top five of all the places I have visited.

    A lovely place located directly by the lake. We knew the hotel was isolated and far from other restaurants, so it was good that there was a restaurant on site. Friendly and helpful staff (except for the older male who got annoyed at being disturbed while watching TV). s

    Lovely and quiet location up the hill in Cremia about 0.75 miles from the lake front with views of the mountains. Fantastic continental breakfast, very comfortable bedroom and everything perfectly clean. Elisa is very welcoming and helpful.
