The access to the structure is very user friendly and efficient by means of code numbers. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom were both excellent. The room itself and the location were quiet, except for a resident neighbour who was talking with a loud voice very early in the morning. Plenty of space for outdoor free parking. But it is very close to the railway station, you can be in 15 mins (incl ticket purchase) at the Airport or in the centre of Cagliari. Breakfast is partly in the fridge, partly packaged sweet bakery products. Surely not comparable to a hotel, but it will do.
