This is the first time I stayed in an apartment during vacation. This apartment is clean and close to the FCO airport. Franco, the apartment manager or owner, is extremely helpful. He sent clear instructions to access the apartment through WhatsApp. Whenever I asked him questions through WhatsApp, he responded very quickly with clear answers or explanations. The close proximity of the hotel to the airport make this an excellent place to stay. The hotel is connected to the airport by a walkway, making it an ideal place to stay. Stayed too far from city center. Taxi was about $100 euros each way. Would have stayed longer if we had the time. If we stayed longer we would choose a hotel much closer to tourist areas, we stayed close to the airport. It is a good transit town for flights in and out of Rome for a one or two night stay. There is a nice beach and also a marina. Plenty of restaurants and a good Conad supermarket near the Marina. The streets have lots of refuse and could be better kept. Fine for a short stay but not somewhere I would stay for a holiday per say. Our accommodation provided transport to and from the airport which was a bonus. If you love the water/fishing then you would love this fishing town. So relaxing to watch the fishing boating come in with the catch of the day. Large spacious room with large light filled modern bathroom and great variety of breakfast food. Luana & Petro were so kind and hospitable even walking me to an ATM and the local Pizzeria Galleria a few metres down the road. Home is close to beach. The shuttle bus runs regularly and it is quicker and less strenuous to get to the airport on the bus than do the long walk from the terminal to the so called terminal Hilton!
