BaccoFurore is a fantastic, cosy hotel with high standards and friendly service. It's hard to choose but I think what we liked best was amazing view from our balcony, the Michelin star restaurant with really, really delicious food, the room design, fresh, scented linens every day, tasty breakfast and the ability to park your car in the secure and free parking. We also like the idea of using WhatsApp to choose what you want for breakfast and to be in touch with the staff, so they can inform you about e.g. live music etc. We rented a car, but we also travel by buses and the bus stop is next to the hotel, which is another good thing worth mentioning. Our stay at the BaccoFurore will with no doubt remain unforgettable for us.

    Furore is around 15km from amalfi, sounds close but in reality due to the winding roads it takes around 25 minutes in a car/bus Furore is quite spread out so you need to take that in to account when staying there. Car/moped is the best method of transport followed by the bus, walking is an option but be prepared for many steep hills. This is a perfect base to get into amalfi, but be aware that parking in amalfi itself is challenging and the police/car towing companies are red hot!

    Small hotel, family business, with friendly staff. The hotel is in a fantastic location, it has its own stone beach and access to the sea. By car or bus it is easy to reach Amalfi, Positano, or any other town on the Coast. The restaurant in the hotel offers very good food at reasonable prices. The hotel is much better compared to the price.

    Quiet little town just 20 minutes by car from Amalfi. Close enough to Fiordo Di Furore that you can walk from there, although it can be a thought walk depending on where you start from, especially on the way back up.

    We liked the location, as we had our own transport and could drive to other areas with beaches and shopping, it was so nice to come back to Furore which is perfect authentic Amalfi Coast Italy as the location is absolutely beautiful, inspiring and relaxing. Could have stayed a little longer.

    This is in a great location.

    This is in a great location. It was more busy than I expected and driving around is tricky with the windy narrow roads. You will need to be brave to go out driving Olin the dark to get to restaurants at night. The walk down the Fjord 600 steps is a great exercise for anyone

    The hidden beach of Fiordo was just fantastic.

    The hidden beach of Fiordo was just fantastic. We reached it by climbing down about 800 steps on the first day which was quite an amusing adventure. Second day we went by bus to save our leg muscles ! The beach was so enjoyable with panoramic scenes of the bridge on top and the mountain in the back. The water was so fresh and the beach boy provided comfortable chaise-long and drinks. At night we had a delicious dinner at Fico D'India restaurant on top of the mountain, quire stylish with a great view of the sea during the day time.

    Beautiful location, right near a beautiful beach but also great to swim in the sea off the rocks at the hotel as long as the sea isn’t too choppy. The small pool is such a beautiful location to read and relax and look at the view and a nice retreat from the heat. The breakfast is excellent and all food we had at the restaurant was great, some fresh specials every day and the kids were happy with the pasta and lemon sorbet. We would definitely visit again. The staff, all Luigi’s and co were very friendly and helpful.

    Location is great for making trips to Amalfi, Ravello and Positano by bus and boat. Fjordo di Furore is a small but breathtaking beach accessible through one of the several stairways on the mountain from Hotel. The hotel itself is far from the busy tourist spots however, so one can enjoy a relaxing, calm environment and also a stunning panorama. Staff is super kind and helpful, cuisine is great.

    Beautiful location, staff were so welcoming and helpful, showed us where to safely park outside the hotel on the difficult Italian roads, very tasty breakfast with fresh fruit and different cakes/pastry throughout the week, very clean and modern rooms, beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, couldn’t have asked for a better location to celebrate my partners 30th.
