Everything! Apartment was very spacious and clean. Bathroom had shower and bathtub and double vanity. Perfect for speeding up family of four. Breakfast was superb buffet for ridiculously low price.

Agriturismo Grion is a very new and sparkling clean structure with rooms that can compete with 3-4 star hotels. Our room was very nicely decorated, with wooden beams on the ceiling, the colors of the room are in harmony with the nature, the kitchen area is very well equipped, making cooking there an easy and pleasant task. The bed was extremely comfortable, and very qualitative sheets and towels were offered. The owners of the structure immediately prepared a cot at our arrival for our 3 years old son, even if we hadn't informed them before, and they offered him coloring books. The bathoorm is very nicely decorated, and all toiletries are provided, even slippers, handcream, toothbrush and toothpaste, ear plugs etc. In the kitchen, they also provided some fette biscotate with marmelade, coffee, tea, and a very nice bottle of wine from their own production. The room has a great air condition system, despite the 38 degrees outside, in the room the temperature was very pleasant. Private parking is available on the site. All these small attention to details made it a great stay, and we will definitely come back, especially during the season when the restaurant is open to try the local cuisine. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent location, within walking distance of the city centre. The apartment was well-equipped with all the facilities, modern furniture, and equipment, so it felt more like a home than a rental apartment. Very comfortable beds. We had fruit waiting for us. Antonella and her husband were great hosts. Added bonus of easy and secure parking in a location very close to the apartment.

The apartment has been tastefully furnished with particular attention to detail and the needs of a demanding traveler. Parking is available for free both in a comfortable box of the underground garage, or on the street. The apartment is air-conditioned and sports a nice private patio with a garden table and chairs. Besides the main bed, the apartment sports a sofa-bed in the living/dining room, making it convenient for a couple with two kids, of for two couples. For visitors who, like us, are not interested in cooking, there is, half-a-dozen doors away, a popular restaurant serving hefty portions. Moreover, just a short distance away, there is the well stuffed supermarket Famila. We were told that we were the first couple to use this apartment; as such, we hope we brought good luck to the owners.

This is such a great property with a wonderful host who is the most welcoming person!! There are so many carefully chosen little touches that give it charm. It has an incredibly well equipped kitchen along with a self serve breakfast (with everything you’d need and more). The little balcony is so cute! We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

    Gorizia is an undiscovered gem in Italy, main boulevard has wide, tree-lined sidewalks, many cafes and plazas, a fascinating castle and so many churches to check out. Food has been fantastic, people are helpful and friendly. The town is just the right size, not too big/not too small.

    Gorizia ia a wonderful city to wander through on foot.

    Gorizia ia a wonderful city to wander through on foot. The older part of downtown is well kept. The downtown area offers plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. I think it is good for about two or three leisurely days. There are a few sites to visit and Slovenia is close by. We ate at Peperino(excellent food and an attentive staff) and La Chincaglieria(sp?)(food and wine were really good, the atmosphere was lively, the staff was friendly). Overall, I would visit again.

    Gorizia is an undiscovered gem.

    Gorizia is an undiscovered gem. It has history, shopping, restaurants and a great location adjacent to the Collio Goriziano wine region, with numerous producers of excellent wines. Mountains, forests, beach resorts and the Adriatic Sea are all within a short drive. Slovenia is right next door.

    An excellent hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are so comfortable and cozy, you just feel like you are staying n your bedroom at home. All is spotlessly clean. The location is ideal, a 7 minute walk to the train station, and a more or less the same to the city centre. There are restaurants at a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and a supermarket at a 1 minute distance. The wifi connection is strong and stable. Highly recommended.

    It was the perfect little space for our one night stay in Gorizia – walkable distance to most things in town. Very clean, comfortabel flat with a cute balcony. The owner is amazing - always reachable and gives great recommandations. The parking in 4€/day right in front of the building, but there are free parking space in the closeby at the university worth checking also. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!

    The property was in a great location and very central to everything. Gorizia has so much interesting history, it was wonderful to learn about parts of it. Being the Cultural Capital of Europe for this year, there were lots of extra additions for tourists. Anna was in constant communication. To make sure things were going ok for us.
