* well-equipped kitchen * cozy interior * clean *comfortable bed * nice terrace * washing machine * good contact with the host Interestingly decorated loft. Very cozy - we could feel at home. Mrs. Sara very nice and helpful. I recommend to everyone. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely go back. Great place!

Beautiful Boutique Hotel. A delight for the senses. Siena is encapsulated in the cozy reception area that greets you. The room is a mix of both modern and traditional styles, clean, with one of 2 of the most comfortable bed and linen I have had so far in my travels thru the towns and cities of Italy (not to say that the others were not comfy because they all were but these 2 tops it for me so far). There's great attention to detail as the room, bathroom and hallways are always fragrant. It just completes the aesthetics. Love that. The family of Luigi and Consuelo are likewise exceptional and very accomodating. The restos recommended were en point as well as the recommended local tour guide Sofia. Abundant Italian breakfast is served every morning to your room. To top everything off, the hotel is very close to Piazza Il Campo, restos, bars and shops. Walking down some steps from the hotel will lead you to a fantastic view of the Sant' Agostino. And it has a lift. Excellent.

What did we like? I do not know where to start. Must have been the first time we loved a place so much from the first second, that we booked an additional night before even seeing our room! The staff was amazing! The place is stunning! The breakfast was perfect! The design, attention to detail in decor as well as with the service - not to mention super comfortable beds where we slept like babies. The location was great as well. A 30min walk in to Siena old town. Yet peaceful with stunning views over the Tuscan hills. The atmosphere is a 10+. Wish we were so lucky that we could visit this place also in the future. Next time in the summer months, so we can enjoy the pool and the garden even more than this time. Thank you for this amazing experience! ❤️

Hotel Palazzo Di Valli is the greatest place to stay in Siena. The views are just incredible. The Palazzo, from the 1700s, it’s beautiful. The room is very comfortable. It’s located 10 minutes away from Siena’s historical center. If you have a car there is a ton of places you can visit by driving only 30 minutes. Giacomo was an incredible host. He told us the story of Siena and the Palazzo, he loves talking about history and we loved to listen. Overall a beautiful experience.

    We stayed six days five nights. Villa and the surroundings are very beautiful and relaxing, the real view is much better than the photos on Booking. Two ponds nearby, frogs sound can be heard at night. From the villa to Asciano, the panorama on the way is fascinating. Fusi Modesto and Coop are nearby for buying ingredients and foods.

    Very nice place with great views. The hotel is on the top of the hill, from which you can see Siena and near by towns. Big spacious apartments. Best to travel with a car/taxi. Everything else will be problematic.
