Lari really is a hidden gem in the Tuscan hills.
Lari really is a hidden gem in the Tuscan hills. A hill-top village complete with a castle, lots of back streets to explore, restaurants/bars...and 360 degrees breathtaking views! And not overtaken by tourists even like some other towns in the area are. Centrally located too - just 25 minute drive from Pisa airport, and 20 minutes drive to the coast. The hosts were very friendly and happy to accomodate our shedules on both arrival and departure. The location is at a walkable distance (10-15min) from the nearest town (Lari).
