The host was very helpful, comunication was easy. There is free parking behind the house. The house is very close to the Marmore Watterfalls so if you want to visit the watterfalls from early morning, this house is good option. Very clean and well equipped.

We made a last minute booking and our host replied right away with detailed info on the apartment. Self- checkin was super easy, and parking right around the back of the building. The location was perfect, right on the main road (a road that is motorcycle mecca! And we are bikers) but very quiet, we slept like logs! We will be back!

The staff is always available for any request, and they also provide a tour of the building where they explain its history and the future project. The rooms are simple, spacious and clean. The location of this hotel is superb with a fantastic view of the montefranco valley. Our rooms were fantastic and super comfortable. Breakfast was nice. It boosted a large swimming pool with open views. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful and unique accommodation in the amazing hilltop town of Labro. The spaces have been renovated in a minimalist calm and relaxing style. Think white walls, ceilings and floors yet retaining its traditional style from the past. Great breakfast also . Room with a lake view. Superb. Would love to come back.
