The cleanliness throughout the entire building. The highlight for me was the comfortable bathroom with bathrobes and slippers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and a touch of taking care of guests; (rooms are spacy and equipped with electric kettles).

The room was amazing, very comfortable bed and couch and the room was very spacious. We had the junior suite which had 3 opening skylights which was a nice touch.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

    Hotel Cruise is an ideal spot if you are heading south into Italy (or on the way back from a trip I guess), and would be a good base for exploring some of the lakes nearby, without the very high prices of the lakeside accommodation. Would certainly stay here again to break up a long journey.

    A pleasant hotel in a quiet location near the highway with a parking space. The staff was very friendly. A delicious breakfast is available. Shopping centers and restaurants are nearby. Not far from the train station, from where you can take the train to Como or Milan.

    Very good sized room and bathroom, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. Restaurant offered a good selection of dishes, and breakfast options (continental style) should cover most peoples needs. Plentiful car parking at the front of the hotel.
