Host Paolo’s excellent customer service. he was very kind and generous to us. He introduced excellent bistro and restaurant. He kindly helped to carry our luggages to the parking lot. I am very sure that this hotel is the most comfortable in my journey. I would like to go this hotel again soon. We arrived late at 9.30 PM, and although the kitchen was closed, the hosts still made us a delicious meal. The food was excellent, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt truly taken care of and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
