This hotel is in a convenient location—just steps from the beach, close to restaurants, and very near a supermarket. The balcony is a lovely touch, and the breakfast is plentiful. The waitress kindly insisted on bringing me an espresso from the kitchen, which was a sweet and thoughtful gesture.

The hotel is in a excellent location. We stayed for the MotoGP in Misano and it is within walking distance (there is also a shuttle bus to the track just up the road). The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to help you. It was nice to be recognised each day by them! The breakfast is more than adequate, with a range of cereals, pastries, yoghurts, fruit etc.

Tiziano and the staff were great! They were welcoming, kind, and efficient! We arrived starving and even if it was late night, Tiziamo organized a delivery of pizza and beers for us - super kind! The pizza was great - Tiziano can share details of the restaurant 😊 The hotel was clean, had all the amenities needed for a good night stay and the breakfast had plenty of good options. Really recommended with great cost benefit!

We were placed in a seperate building to the main hotel because we had older children and it was a bit quieter. It was actually better for us to be away from too many small children. Breakfast was included and pool area was entertaining. Close to beaches and restaurants. Market stalls in streets nearby at night. Air conditioning worked great too.

    The problem here is barely anyone speaks English do it is hard to order taxis and was very isolated. When you could manage to convert you needed a taxi ride they price gouged charging 26 Euro for an 8 minute ride!! I would not choose this destination unless you are visiting the Misano WorldCircuit and then book early so you can stay close by

    The location is excellent for the MOTOGP race track.

    The location is excellent for the MOTOGP race track. There are plenty of restaurants and places to have snacks and drinks. Lots of variety in terms of price and choice. Live music and plenty of entertainment for families. It has excellent public transport connections

    First thing to say is thank you to everyone we met.

    First thing to say is thank you to everyone we met. The owners, neighbours and locals were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful and made our stay comfortable, enjoyable and easy. The apartment, village and people - are highly recommended. The apartment is immaculate, very comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. Equipment, space, privacy – and the communication and organisation of the owners - were exemplary. The village of Misano Monte is not a 'tourist centre' with few English visitors but communication was no problem. Our 'beginners' Italian, neighbours with good English and the attitude of everyone in the village, made the stay even more enjoyable. Staff at the local bar (the Novo Cento) were especially friendly, helpful and 'understanding’ - with great food and wine. None of our party (of 4) had been to Italy. Our trip was based around motor sport, Valentino Rossi and Marco Simoncelli. For us, the location was fantastic. It is easy to find, with excellent parking. Misano circuit is walkable (40 minutes or so) with Tavullia, Pesaro and Coriano a short drive away. Rimini and the coast are also close and easy to get to (Rimini is served buy a local bus that stops a hundred metres from the appartment.) Food and drink in the area - from bars, restaurants or shops - was wonderful. We cannot recommend the property, the owners or the area highly enough. Thank you again.

    Misano is a fantastic holiday resort with beautiful golden...

    Misano is a fantastic holiday resort with beautiful golden sand clean beaches, great beach restaurants and bars and amazing ice cream parlours!! You also have other nice holiday resortc close by like Riccione, Catolica, Porto Verde and Rimini. There is also a famous motorbike racing track close by, an amazing waterpark, and beutiful quaint traditional Italian villages in the hills, some with fortifications and castles. Also in the hills there are huge oppulent nightclubs, and some beach nightclubs too. Whether you are a coupe, or friends or a family you will have a great time in Misano Adriatico!!!

    We loved how private and secluded it feels compared to other hotels in the area. No need to worry about parking, and the location is perfect—the beach is literally just across the street, with many great restaurants nearby. You have a private pool and your own garden area, and we also had a jacuzzi in the room. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Not to mention, the overall look of the residence and the entrance area create a welcoming atmosphere that makes your stay even more enjoyable.

    The closet and shower are together in one really small room. But the rest of the room was OK. The Hotel was nearby the beach, only the Road down. For one day in the beach you have to give €20 and you get 2 beach layers and an umbrella.
