Very clean, comfortable & quiet at night. Kitchen was fully equipped. Even had an awesome panini maker! Washing Machine was awesome complete with detergent & drying rack. The dishwasher was a nice surprise. Matteo was awesome in explaining everything! We especially enjoyed the bikes! We hiked & biked all over the island! Thank you for everything and it was nice to have the milk, butter & jellies! If you plan on cooking in buy groceries before you arrive in Monte Isola. There is no real grocery stores. We did shop before and glad we did. Check out the bakery very close to apartment, the baked goods are good and the baker is so nice! Also highly recommend Trattoria al Campel! Try the fish pasta and the mixed fish appetizer! The food and the owner were awesome! House white wine was also good! Great prices.

One of the best places I have recently stayed - total value for money. The view from the room and the balcony overlooking Lake Iseo and Monte-Isola is to die for! Simply amazing and this is because it's situated quite higher up from the ground level. Very big room with all necessary amenities. Warm and lovely hosts and stuffs. Bonus point is the restaurant that serves some delicious food for lunch and dinner. Good breakfast is included. I would love to come back again. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. What stood out the most was the kindness of the staff – it truly felt like a family-run business, with everything done with great care and attention to detail. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Even though we arrived quite late, the location was easy to reach, parking was available, and the place itself is very picturesque, which made us love it even more. The only regret is that we could only stay for one night.

    A remarkable gem of a place in the most idyllic of mountain-ringed lake. Ride a bike around the island and stop in all the villages! Climb to the top of the mountain and see the ancient church. Swim in crystal clear water. Loved this place

    THe Sulzana train station (40 minutes from Brescia and $euro) is a short stroll down to the ferry terminal that takes one to Mont Isola (the island) and the apartment is some 50 meters from the ferry and the local bus terminal.

    Being on the Island and especially sleeping and then waking up on the Island is a unique opportunity to step away from normal life and slow everything down. It's the most populated Lake-Island in Europe and so has enough to offer the tourist in terms of accommodation and restaurants etc while still providing the 'island feel'. Lack of cars goes a long way to heling this. Sensole is the best place to stay as it provides evening sunsets and is just that far enough away from Peschiera to help the crowds thin out a little

    A beautiful and tranquil place, one can easily walk around the entire island in a couple of hours, no traffic (there are no cars on the island and only a very few small trucks and buses, there are motorbikes however). Climbing to the very top of the island is a most, but beware it is basically straight up and could be very strenuous for some, but worth it. The small villages around the island are charming, very low key. Food on the island was very good, Trattoria Ai Tre Archi is family run and very reasonable. Trattoria del Sole also very good, a little bit more expensive but a lovely setting.

    A quiet island. No cars. An oasis of calm. Lovely people. Good restaurants. Great ferry service. Perfect place to relax. Mr Bike in Sulzano rents good cycles with the nicest cycle ever from there to pisogne. All in all a little gem
