The host is super-friendly. The breakfast exceeded expectations (nice fresh pastry and very good prosciutto!). The room was very clean, the bed was really soft and cozy and we were kindly provided with a crib for our toddler. There were also two bunk beds, so the room could easily accommodate a family with three kids. The real gem of this place is the garden behind the house (which was not well depicted on the photos, at least at the time of our booking, see attached image). It is absolutely perfect for kids, with ample lawn to run around, a huge 4-meter-wide trampoline, a toy house, a slide, a basketball hoop, a bunch of balls and raquets, and a table for the parents to sit and observe. A cute cat lives there and lets you pet itself (a bit). This might be the best place for a family, traveling with a car, to stay not too far from Verona.

    For us, it was excellent, as we travelled for work.

    For us, it was excellent, as we travelled for work. But still, we enjoyed moments within mornings and evenings on the terrace, just admiring the surroundings and nature. If you need a quiet peaceful place to rest or have some quality time with friends/spouse, it fits wonderfully.

    The local restaurants are very local and it was great to not be surrounded by chain businesses of any kind. This is hilly, small mountain Italy so be ready if you run or even just going for a walk. I wish I had time to visit the winery and restaurants!

    We could not have picked a better place and location for our last days in Europe. Beautiful scenery to absorb relaxing on the patio underneath the 100 yo olive tree. Short trips to beautiful Lake Garda and Verona. Sumiko and Marco are the most marvelous hosts and walked and talked with us through a vineyard to a great wine tasting. Watching them hand pick olives for Marcos special oil was a delight. We had some terrific experiences in Italy but this was the best!

    This was a great stay for me and my friends! It is exceptionally well-kept and clean, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the rooms are quite big. The staff was very helpful and friendly when we checked in and out, and were always there to answer all of our questions almost immediately. In terms of location, there is a great bakery/cafe/lunch place downstairs and a supermarket 2 minutes away. All in all, a great pick for your stay in Negrar!

    This place is a rare find! We were looking for a B&B to avoid anonymous big hotels and we were super lucky to find this amazing place. We even stayed there twice during our Italy trip, and we surely will be back in summer to relax in the beautiful garden at the pool. Everyone was very welcoming, it felt like we stayed with friends.
