Great location in a fabulous old town right near the delightful Piazza del Popolo with its medieval theatre - albeit that finding a route by car to the house itself is a challenge that we failed and if you do manage to reach the house by car it is a lottery whether there is a public space free; there is no on site parking as described. Breakfast - if that is an accurate description - was a huge disappointment. It consisted of a Nespresso machine, small paper cups, and that is all. No milk, there were green tea bags and a kettle but no container to drink the tea from, a toaster but no food at all. I have no idea how that can be described as breakfast included…… No complaints about the room. Modern, clean, small but perfectly adequate. Nice shower and a pretty little balcony. The AC worked with intermittent strange noises and the toilet flush fell off the wall but otherwise all good. Main criticism is that the parking and breakfast were seriously oversold. If you are relying on them you will be disappointed

I have only superlatives for this place. It is newly and totally updated. It is tastefully decorated. The finishes are obviously of a very high quality. My room was large. The bathroom was large, and the shower was large. All very comfortable. It is in the middle of beautiful vineyards. The views are “picture-post-card” perfect. It is easy to get to. It is easy to park. The hosts are a gracious and accommodating couple. They were there to help when needed. And, they had a good sense of being unobtrusive. I was able to enjoy enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views, all to myself. I was the only guest. Yet, the hosts went out of their way to present an “above and beyond” breakfast. It was far more than I could ever expect. MANY THANKS.

It was our first time visiting Offida and Famiglia Scirocco Guest House was in a great location right outside of the medieval city walls! We walked to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the city every day. The views of the mountains from the room's balcony were so beautiful!

We had a great 4 night stay at Hotel Oviv! The hotel renovation was done with great care and kept the period and feel of the castle intact. The views were amazing from our terrace. The views from the breakfast terrace were also amazing providing a serene spot to enoy our breakfast. Camilla is a very gracious host. We enjoyed chatting with her and getting her advice. We especially enjoyed breakfast with her delicious fresh baked cakes each day. Naturally we ate a bit too much each morning but it was vacation. Thank you Camilla for a wonderful time!

    Offida is indeed a beautiful medieval city. The cuisine and local wine are quite delicious. I found the locals to be friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Offida to anyone visiting the Marche region.

    Unfortunately I had a damaged knee so the 2 flights of stairs up to the room were difficult. Offida a very pleasant village, again, the cobbles on hilly ground made walking very difficult for me. And at 91 and 80 I don't think we could possibly be described as a "young couple"!! We went to a couple of good restaurants, good food, cheaper than at home in Spain. We had come for my son's wedding and the various villages we were taken to were very pleasant. We will not return, but that is not because of any faults, simply that our travelling days are now over,

    Very nice house in a great location. The room was very clean. The house owner doesn't speak English, but that wasn't a problem for us. There is a person who speaks English and you can contact with her any questions you may have. The owner of the house serves an excellent breakfast every morning on the terrace with a very nice view. The house is in a very good location to visit the most beautiful places in the Marche region. We highly recommend visiting Offida, Ripatransone, Petritoli, Grottammare Alta, Torre di Palme, Ascoli Piceno.

    The location is perfect — tucked away from the Adriatic Sea and not too far from Offida. It’s ideal if you’re looking for peace and quiet to recharge, away from the city and everyday stress. The staff on site were welcoming and friendly — always smiling and available if any issues came up. The pool is a real highlight, and being able to relax on the upper terrace while enjoying a beautiful sunny evening was a lovely bonus.

    It's the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Offida; in its own little piazza with the main piazza less than a minute from the front door. Not only was it spotless, the interior design is beautiful. There's a balcony off one bedroom with wonderful views, and a little garden downstairs, off the kitchen, for when you want to be outside, but at home. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful.

    A very charming old townhouse in a quiet area in the historical center. Beware of the bathroom if renting the 4-bed apartment. You have to be mobile to a certain extent in order to make it in and out of the shower/bathtub! The roof terrace offers splendid views of the city and the hilly landscape around Offida.
