The views are great. The place is clean. The staff were great. I wish they had a better breakfast. Other places we stayed at had a much better breakfast and cheaper rates.

The staff would bring a fresh, delicious meal straight to our suite, then discreetly return later to clear away the table—allowing us to savor our morning in total comfort. This level of personalized service truly underscored how dedicated the team is to making every guest feel pampered. The spa facilities were equally impressive. We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

The Hotel is very nice. Even though it is a small, the rooms are very good, the bathrooms are very good as well. The hotel view is exceptional and the best part is the starff. All the employees are very helpful and the food from the hotel restaurant is amazing, i would definitely go back.

The staffs were excellent and the restaurant below had the best tiramisu I've ever tried in Italy. it was our last stop after a 15days trip in italy. The breakfast was top notch. I definitely recommend this place.
